When you are completed with the on-boarding process, you will then have access to my booking calendar. I have set up an appointment-based system so that you can reserve as many time slots as you'd like.
Once you have reserved an editing time slot, you will then be directed to upload your catalog. This process is done through Dropbox which allows you to send your files at ease. If you are scheduling far in advance, you will receive a reminder email prior to your appointment to upload your catalog. You will also receive an instructional pdf going over the importing/exporting process if you are new to this.
Once you have filled out the client inquiry form, I will send you a questionnaire and explain the on-boarding process. This includes telling me roughly how many catalogs you would like to outsource for the year as well as how many booked weddings you would like edited as soon as possible. This information helps me project my availability for the upcoming months and remainder of the year.
Within three to five business days, you will receive an edited catalog. If you're ever feeling stuck or need guidance with your catalogs, I am always here to help with whatever you may need!
